Elective Ghana (Medical Outreach Program) is a public health outreach mission providing students healthcare services in remote communities in Ghana. We have an organization called Medics Aid Projects which we encourage students coming on electives to source out medical supplies to support our medical outreach programs and to donate to hospitals they will be having their electives. Medics Aid Projects was founded on 29th November 2013 in Accra, Ghana. After many years of planning from 2011. It is affiliated to the Elective Ghana, an organization that facilitates medical elective placements for medical students and volunteers from around the world to Ghana.
Medics Aid Projects is a non-profit and charity organization, legally registered in Ghana to offer philanthropic medical outreach services, donate medical supplies and to supporting educational health projects to enhance the health of people living in beneficiary communities. Between last year 2016 and this year 2017 we have been able to carry out three successful outreach programs.
